NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the undersigned individual (“Participant”) and 1400 LLC (“Discloser”).

PREAMBLE
1400 is a movement. A vault. A private frequency. By entering this page, Participant acknowledges they may gain access to unreleased creative content, behind-the-scenes visuals, digital experiences, and early communication not intended for public consumption.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of receiving said Confidential Information, the Participant agrees to the following:

1. CONFIDENTIALITY: Participant agrees not to share, relay, repost, record, forward, or otherwise expose Confidential information to anyone not part of 1400. You’re being let in—act like it.
2. PURPOSE: All content is for personal engagement only. No commercial use, no funny business. This is between you, the culture, and 1400.
3. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS: Participant to receive exclusive messages from 1400 via email, text, or other approved means.
4. NON-BINDING STATUS: This isn’t legally binding—but it is spiritually. This NDA represents trust between artist and listener.
5. TERMINATION: Access can be revoked at any time for any reason—especially if the trust is broken.
